The Arosa is a rising four-piece alternative indie band, formed in the Midlands. With a strong electric pulse to all their tunes, and a wide variety of brit pop and indie influences, their music has something for everyone, and that’s before they hit the stage!

The band originally formed during secondary school where four friends started jamming together, then later deciding on making it public. Since then, The Arosa have gone on to play countless shows at some of Birmingham’s most prestigious live venues including the O2 Institute, The Sunflower Lounge, The Flapper and O2 Academy!

Plus, that’s not all as the band are set to head out on a five-day nationwide tour in 2018, performing in Wrexham, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham and London.

BILK is a three-piece, working class, Essex based indie band. Having all just turned 18 years of age, BILK write honest songs to inspire the youth of today.

Their music is a social commentary on the challenges facing young people today. The band spent last year gigging extensively in Essex and building a strong grassroots following, which has lead to their debut play on BBC Introducing at the end of 2017. With influences ranging from The Jam, The Streets and Arctic Monkeys through to Eminem and Dizzee Rascal, BILK is a truly young modern indie band with an attitude and message they are determined to reach the masses.

FRUIT is a four-piece band from Stoke-On-Trent. Their music can be described as nostalgic indie goodness; iridescent of grungy, wishy-washy, shoegaze-indie.

The Lids are a three-piece indie rock band from Leicestershire. The band have been together for around three years and have made a real name for themselves in the Leicester music scene as ‘the ones to watch’. The band have also featured at major festivals Tramlines and Y Not as well as local favourite Handmade Festival. Their songs have also been aired on BBC Introducing East Midlands multiple times. With support from the likes of This Feeling, Hot Vox Promotions, SoundHub Studios, and NoFuchsGiven clothing, The Lids are hoping to make 2018 a massive for them.

Underground Storm are a rising garage rock band from Birmingham. They are rough, wild and up for a good time. With new music coming out in the summer, be sure to keep your ears ready. They’ve played at some of the best venues in Birmingham, including the O2 Academy and The Flapper. Sounds like The Damned, Arctic Monkeys and The Libertines.
